If you’re here looking for me on social media, hoping to scroll through and snoop around my life, or try to know who I’m, my service, etc, I’ll save you the trouble: you won’t find me there. I’ve deleted all my social media accounts. And I feel freer, more creative, and more alive than ever before.
The truth is, nothing real is there. What you see on social media is often just an illusion. «Lo que ves, no es» what you see is not what it seems. The perfectly curated images and posts are often a far cry from authenticity.
My own journey toward this freedom didn’t start recently. At 20, I made a bold choice to ditch the TV when I moved into my own apartment. No distractions, no mind-numbing shows. The result? My creativity exploded, my curiosity for life multiplied, and I noticed that my mind was much harder to control. I felt awake.
Now, after deleting my social media, I feel the same sense of expansion, but even more powerful. My energy is no longer scattered across different platforms, trying to keep up with trends or showcase something “likable.” Instead, I’m more grounded, connected, and genuinely present. And to my surprise, my clients have multiplied since stepping away from the digital noise. There’s something deeper happening, something real.
I discovered that it’s a limiting belief to think my clients have to come through social media. I operated that way for a long time, and learned that there is a network that aligns my schedule based on how coherent I am in my life and the service I offer.
I have much to share and offer, but now it’s only for those who approach my sessions, retreats, and groups with a genuine interest in healing, transformation, and evolution.
I’ve returned to the origin, when I used to love writing posts on my website and during the vintage days of Facebook. I enjoy communicating through writing without worrying about how many people read it. Those who need to see it, will.
I’ve noticed that while the message of an evolutionary leap is necessary and is helping many people through social media, it also has a shadow side: content is recycled, people copy one another, it’s manipulated, there’s noise, distortion, paranoia, and dependency.
In the new humanity, the direct channel to your wisdom is in your heart, and in my work, I love helping people listen to that voice and discern whether it’s coming from their higher self or not.
Social media, when uncontrolled, steals our energy, our life, our time, and human connections. It generates addiction and many mental health issues, adding anxiety, insomnia, low self-esteem, and dissatisfaction with life. In moderation, everything can be beautiful, but in excess, it can become self-destructive.
Even if you are a public figure, you can delegate the management of your image and release the need to control the outcome or impact of your message.
It makes me wonder: is there a more authentic network, one that’s heart-centered and true, that no one has told us about? Maybe this invisible, energetic web is where true connection lies.
If you’re curious about living a life with more freedom — including freedom from screen addiction — I’d love to connect in a real, human way. Let’s have a meaningful conversation, free of filters and distractions. Contact me directly, and we’ll set up an authentic meeting to explore how I can support your journey.
Here’s to living with heart, truth, and real connection.
