Lately, anxiety is a trending topic. I see it in my clients, my surroundings, family, on the streets… we’re all reaching our limit, and I love it because it’s a sign that we’re about to be reborn through an evolutionary leap.
What is your relationship with the energy of anxiety?
Do you avoid it? Do you try to suppress it with sedatives? Do you listen to it, or do you silence it with addictive habits or excess work?
I feel called to write this article, right at the entry point of this new cycle, following the equinox and as we step into eclipse season. The energy has intensified, and the urgency to heal, to let go of what no longer serves us, to evolve into states of higher energetic frequency is undeniable. But how does the soul communicate these changes to us? Through physical symptoms, specifically, anxiety.
On 5th density, the shifts have already occurred. There already exists a reality where peace, expansion, abundance, and elevated consciousness reside. The soul is already there. But our physical bodies are still tethered to the third density, the earthly dimension where time moves more slowly. There’s a gap between these frequencies, a distortion.
The planet, humanity, and the forces that sustain life on Earth are pushing us collectively through a birthing canal toward a new reality. This rebirth is happening, whether we like it or not. So why resist? Why not collaborate and make this process of transformation smoother?
If I resist this call to evolve, if I fail to address what needs to change within me, I may experience more suffering. In fact, we can already see this happening. The world is in chaos, and the collective is going through a spectacular crisis. We are still spinning on the wheel of the old paradigm, but that wheel is about to stop turning. It’s time to transcend to higher frequencies. But to do so, we must release the old world. By this, I mean outdated beliefs, patterns, traumas, and the mental and physical codes that no longer serve us.
Anxiety is asking us to listen. It wants our attention. It calls for us to stop, to sit with it, because it carries powerful messages.
In addition to shifting the internal and external triggers, we need to ask ourselves some deep, transformative questions:
- What do I need to let go of?
- What am I avoiding that I need to face?
- What fear is driving me right now?
- In what areas of my life am I out of alignment?
- What part of me is crying out for love and healing that I’ve been neglecting?
When we align our mind, body, emotions, and heart, anxiety naturally subsides because we find coherence.
When we are connected with our SelfLove and confidence, anxiety is not calling for our attention, it is only an advise: «Please, love yourself more and more»
Here are a few simple recommendations to navigate anxiety when it strikes:
- Breathe deeply, Inhale slowly and fully, then exhale completely. This helps bring the nervous system into balance.
- Move your body, Physical movement helps release pent-up energy and grounds you in the present.
- Journal your thoughts,Putting emotions and thoughts onto paper can help release them from your mind. You can have with you your special notebook only for the anger and anxiety.
- Limit external noise, Reduce your exposure to news, social media, or any overstimulating environments that may feed your anxiety.
- Reconnect with nature, Spending time in nature, even briefly, helps recalibrate your energy and brings clarity.
